Hi All, I went camping for 4 days on the Ile Au Phare, Just around the Mahebourg area with a group of friends. Its one of the most beautiful place you wanna be! Being there will give you the a better look on why people would say Mauritius is a paradise island. With the old phare still in a marvellous state, with its beautiful beach, a wonderful lagoon altogether makes it a really good place to camp. The food was mainly a BBQ with freshly caught fishes in the surrounding bay and trips on a powerful speed boat… Just makes your day... Pictures will come online soon!
